Why don’t we have a decision to allow or forbid elections ? Elections shouldn’t be so strongly tied to ideologies. Allowing them should give a slight boost to all ideologies, give a bonus of stability, a malus to war support, and more goods for consumers. Forbidding should cost a huge amount of PP, depending on the current support for your ideology. Only democracies could not forbid them.
