My son and heir when being a viceroy took a debt from Knight Templars (who is my vassals).
At the time of his ascension on Emperor's throne debt wasn't repaid.
And I (as player) can't do it because there are no such decision.
The only thing I can do is to expel the knights.
And to grab more money from the Jews. :)

I took a look at the the decision to borrow money from the Knights Templar. The debt is actually not paid back through a decision. It will eventually trigger through an event, were they can demand a son to join the order, or demand to build a castle within your demesne, in which you can pay back what you own them.

A hundred years and six rulers later this debt still not repaid.
And I wonder I it can be at all because Commander of Knight Templar is vassal of one of my viceroys and continuously moved under the most suitable viceroy as he returned after release with death of previous ruler. I do it just to reduce my vassal's count under limit. :)
