i just thought i should give some ideas on hungary's new focus tree.
first off, you should include the Árpád Line

it was an important defensive line, that held back the russian for more than 3 weeks. The only way they could break it was the german way of not breaking it and going around. That's why i want it in the tree, bcs it was very important, just like the Maginot line. Also, i think the Carpathian ruthenia's upper 3 provinces should be mountains as well, because they are in real life. The border is on top of the mountain line, so i think those provinces should be mountains as well just to help out poor Árpád Line.
second, there should be a way of helping Poland. During ww2 hungary didn't attack poland because of the long lasting Hungarian-Polish Friendship. They let the polish soldiers and civilians into hungary and romania which either continued their journey to france or other nations, or just settled there.
how to implement:
Árpád Line: give a focus that builds level "?" forts on the northern provinces of Carpathian ruthenia, also these provinces should be mountains imo.
Hungarian-polish Friendship: it should be a choice, when germany attacks poland
1.:join and attack poland
positive: could gain territory, +relations with germany
negative: -relations with poland and allies
2.: reject and help poland
positive: +relations with poland and allies, besides that, honestly no idea, maybe political power, manpower
negative: -relations with germany
also, there's a great mod for the hungarian focus tree, and hungary overall
it's name is Hungarian Flavor, you can find it on moddb and it has a rating of 9,4 out of 10(that's where the developer posts the new builds)
he's been working on this for a while now. The first build came out in Aug 18 2016 so it's like 8-9 months of continuous development, with a lot of people contributing to it. He listened to every bit of feedback, and it's really good, you should look into it, it could help you a lot, and give some good ideas.
in my opinion, and lots of others this mod is way better than the current planned focus tree(not to hurt your guy's feeling or anything, but it's true, just read the reviews of the mod on the site and see for yourself, i do get it though, you can't spend an eternity on 1 country, that's why i wrote this to help you make this game better). I'd really want you to look into it, even talk to the developer of it if you want, (he's really kind and helpful), because maybe you guys have put 2-4 months of development into the whole country pack, and hungary is just 1/4th of it (it means 0.5-1 month for hungary), but he's been working on it for 8-9 months, continuously.
