Not easy at all. depending on your screen resolution, you'll probably have to scroll the list in order to see the "User Modifications" entry. The tiny ">" on the right end is less than obvious. I REALLY don't like the new forums. They may (or may not) be better suited for mobile devices, but they're a lot worse for PC users, which is how most people play these games anyway.
