Right now, mindless conquest is punished by rebels who are finally doing something and can't be bribed with 10 prestige. I think coalitions are stupid, ahistorical, and now completly overpowered. In my manchu game I conquered one province from ming, bejing, that was claimed, with conquest casus beli and got literally 39 AE from this. From one province. I also got some crazy nationalists/peasant rebels so i stopped playing the game. I like the changes in DLC but peasant revolts and AE are more annoying than all the bugs together. Thanks.
Dear paradox, since rebels are now demanding, can you overhaul the AE system?

Dunno mate. I conquered 30 provinces in 24 years as Muscovy. No coalition at all, except puny golden horde. Don't be greedy (increase autonomy after conquest) or be ready to repel rebels with manpower.
