OK have played though a good portion of the game. Have not beat it yet but still working on it. I have restarted a few times because there are things i figured i could do better or just not ever do again lol.

1. Can we please have a way to not have to do the tutorial stuff EVERY time?

2. Depending on our personal history we make for our MW, can it actually have some baring on events that happen in the game besides just your starting stats?

3. Also depending on your starting background, it would be much more fun and give much more life to the game if our starting history had some baring on our starting Mech. Can be a Medium Mech each time but a different type or variant would be nice from time to time.

4. Can our starting MechWarriors also be random? Getting tired of starting with the same ones and same mechs for them each time.

5. Can the little events that happen on the ship be more random? Same events happen at the same time all the time.

6. We get the Argo which is obvious it can carry a lot of MechWarriors and Mech... why do we only ever get 1 Leopard Drop Ship? I get that we are capped at 1 lance of 4 Mechs per mission. But if im in a system that has multiple contracts open to me, why cant i have multiple drop ships and pick up 2 or 3 contracts and send my drop ships and their lances off to do multiple missions while im here?

7. If youre going to cap me at 4 Mechs on a mission, i really dont ever see a need to build the 3rd Mech bay area on the Argo for even more Mechs. I can barley manage 2 Mech bays. The 3rd one just seems like a way to suck more money out of you each month.

8. Its a lot of fun upgraded the Argo but really... when funds get tight, why dont we have an option to turn off sections of the ship like the the training pods or the recreational areas and so on to save cash on our monthly bill? On that note, let me put my Mechs into storage and turn off Mech bays 2 and 3 if i have them built so im not being billed for them?

9. We need missions where we can field support units. Let me have a killed SRM Carrier or a Demolishor Tank?

10. PLEASE... bring back the ability to change pilot names like in Beta.

11. (Newly added) was thinking about a better way to add the reason to use more lances in a meaningful way. What about allowing us to take garrison contracts? Garrison contracts can be long term contracts where local governments need a Lance to be stationed on a planet for multiple months. While on contract, random battles might happen but if no battles happen than at least you had those mechs and mechwarriors out on a contract that is generating some income for you and they can gain some modest XP for being out on a contract.

I haven`t read all your post yet but had to say 100% aye to this. That tutorial is long (and nothing to write home about) and really should be optional.

Is there any way for longer missions to be worked in where more enemy reinforcements arrive and we,(the players),bring in another lance of mechs? We have capacity for a 12 mech company on the Argo? If only 1 player lance can be on map at a given time can we get an option to swap in a fresh lance for our initial beat-up/ammo depleted initial lance of mechs?

Most of the other points are good, but this one makes no sense. You can't play multiple missions at once, and you can just pick the other contracts after you finish one. They don't go away. So what would this feature accomplish?

I wish maintenance got a second look, you're punished for having mechs in bays, I'd much rather have to pay operating costs for taking them on missions. That way, taking a 400 ton drop on a 3.5 star mission is way more expensive than taking a 300 ton drop, balanced by the greater difficulty of using mediums/heavies compared to assaults.
I would love to have the full gambit of contracts available, especially when starting a new game.

Ideally I'd like to be able to start a 'sandbox' new game, with the whole map available and all contract difficulties visible at all times, just the immersion of seeing 4-5 skull contracts and thinking, 'man, I need money, but I don't think I can handle these, but I'm not sure I can afford to check too many more planets.' Or the reverse, cleaning out all the difficult contracts, and seeing a one and a half star patrol mission, and just moving on because you know that work is beneath you.

my point is...IF i have the Mechs and the MechWarriors to field 2 to 3 full lances and im in a system that i can take multiple contracts, let me take them and send my drop ships all off at the same time. As soon as im done with the first mission, regardless of how it goes, take me right into the next mission with the next lance. Instead of back to the Argo, load up the next lance and send them off on the one and only drop ship i have. You can clearly see the Argo can hold multiple drop ships.

what bugs? The few i see are line of sight bugs and at times i might see a mech get stuck in a stutter for 5 to 10 seconds before it does a melee attack. Other than that ive not seen much in the way of bugs. And performance, ive not had a single issue with. To me defense I am running 16 core, duel video cards and 62 gigs of ram. Everything i posted, sure some is want but most IMO would make the game feel more like Battletech and not just oh what 4 mechs is best for this mission to hold of swarms of enemies. When i should be able to negotiate in my contract to have support for my mechs or um more mechs as was in the lore. No Merc company ever only took 1 lance of mechs on EVERY contract they took lol.

Some people can't even play the game. There are tons of bugs people are encountering. Go look at the bugs forum. Most of them don't happen to me but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be fixed first for the other backers and people who bought the game that they are happening to. Much more before new features are added.

So you can't do all three contracts in a system ueing the same mechs and pilots.

The warrior names are bad. Changing some would be a very nice thing.
unicycle for one example.

I would like to see more voice acting. I don't want to read the story. tell me your story. ill ask the questions.

Ask the Fans to voice act. I'm sure you'll get volunteers with more dialect and accents.

I was really hoping we could eject piolets and get them to safe location & or fight as Infantry with small arms. like in the 1988 version.
The battle arena to earn or loose fast cash would have been a great gamble.

Roaming the bars and med facility's and work shops or arena's on different planets for Piolet's, Engineer's, Medic's to personalize your crew on your ship
would have been awesome as well.

I am really enjoying this game. I would really like to see it prosper.
Most important. Please address Bugs ASAP

I have had a crash report since today.

Having 20 Mechwarrior sat twiddling their thumbs whilst your 4 mains go on all the missions must be depressing.
