See here. Glitterhoof can't be granted most titles but there's a loophole in the rules: you can apparently appoint the horse as successor to a Catholic bishopric. (I haven't played any other religion yet so I don't know if this is usable with non-Catholics.) If the bishopric is of county-level or above (prince-bishops, in other words), the bishop's court will start generating Horse culture courtiers without the actual Horse trait. You can then use the normal culture conversion techniques to bring Horse culture into your dynasty.Too bad I've already fired my lovely horse (this is Ironman), but can you teach me how to do it (or is it simply granting Glitterhoof landed title?)
