Anyway to cheese the creation of Hungary when starting as Charlemagne? 7 duchies with no king title to tie them together is unacceptable with vassal limits, and the Magyars generally get crushed too hard to form it themselves.
I've dealt with it before by granting the duchies to various kings and letting them drift, but its tedious. Is there any way at all to force Hungary to spawn?
Would it be possible to educate a kid with a Hungarian to culture shift him, then spam him with Hungarian duchy titles?
