I play as Venice, in an almost total war with the remaining Italian kingdom I was way stronger and I beat them in no time so I decide to make an experimental save game.
I ended the war annexing all, now I own 90% of Italy, and 67 Infamy points and 65 fully efficient regiments.
Instead that wedge me war, all nations in the world invested money on spy mission to incite revolt, and I have at least a revolt each month with huge revolting army, between 10 to 20 regiments.
This was definitely spoiling the game because I had to give up in 2 game year since all province were revolting my capital too, despite my stability was +3!!!
Is there a way to avoid such massive revolt? It is frankly ruining the game when weaker nation that cannot afford a big army just spending little money with a huge success rate get 20 regiments on my lend.

Don't go over the infamy limit, you get lots of nasty events, the messages at the start of the game are there for a reason. Get your infamy under ~30 and you'll be much healthier.
