Dead people go to landfills

I think it would be a good idea to add a policy to send the dead to landfills instead of cemeteries. It could reduce traffic around the city at the expense of happiness and reduce the need for half of the city to be full of extra places to dump this "special" waste.

Awesome idea. Maybe another policy that could reduce the dead going to landfills/cemeteries and increase tax income.
