Dead bishops glitch

Hello!
I noticed that you can appoint some dead person as a bishop and then he will be an eternal bishop. How can I fix it? My version is Crusader Kings Complete with latest 2.1 beta.
When you appointing a bishop in a window you can see some portraits of deceased persons which still can be appointed as a bishops. After you will appoint them they will never die and will be as an eternal bishops. Undead bishops! What a horror!

With the character selected in the character screen, open the console and type "die".

Ok then. Can I fix this issue completely? I don't want to use console. Maybe it's possible to fix something in game's files to dispose of this bug?
