Is there a way to have a non-secret weapon technology deactivated by default even when all technology dependancies are met?
I tried to copy the syntax used for the vanilla definition of practical turbojet engine to split an air doctrine in two mutually exclusive parts, to activate depending on country and year; unfortunately, both were activated at scenario start for all countries without the corresping events having to trigger. The only difference, apart from actual IDs and effects, compared to practical turbojet engine was that the technology required was researched at scenario start, so I will have to assume this was the cause unless someone else knows otherwise.
