I don't like playing as an empire with tons of Kingdom titles, I'd like to be able to adjust the speed of the De Jure Title drift in the game settings like it was already implemented in Crusader Kings II it had a 100 a 50 and a 10 year Option. I hate it when i want to play in the East Francia start in 867 it takes me over 100 years to integrate a Duchy into my Kingdom so I am asking you if you could please implement a Game Rule Setting that was already implemented int the previous game? I'd also like to be able to destroy entire Kingdom titles and make them non existant let's take germany as an example as well, I want to create the Kingdom of Germany and integrate the Duchy of Bavaria without a notification constantly reminding me that I can form the Kingdom of Bavaria everytime i load a savegame. ( you can apply the same example to france and aquitaine) This could be achieved if you convert the entire region/lords to your culture and the titles already drifted into your Kingdom.
