Well.. if you managed to create, conquer or usurp an empire, why stop there? Why not got for more? Isn't that the logical continuation of getting an empire in the first place?

Well.. if you managed to create, conquer or usurp an empire, why stop there? Why not got for more? Isn't that the logical continuation of getting an empire in the first place?
I do have a related question. In my current Scandinavia game, I have a vassal who's king of England, ruling all of England, and all of modern wales (I also have Cornwall, he's just not a vassal to the English king). Wales is currently drifting into Scandinavia, but England is not. I'm beginning to think kingdoms just won't drift if they already have a king, just like how dukes who're dejure vassals won't war for independence, but kings will.
