De Jure Duchies

So, I'm playing 1.05g K. of Poland. After some hectic Baltic conquests and fights to secure Lithuania (I haven't created it, I want it as an honorary title, with the whole place becoming a part of K. of Poland). Anyways, 1142 rolls around and the D of Livonia becomes a De Jure part of the K. of Poland.

1142, just 24 years short of 100 years from the 1066 starting position. Yup, that's the bug. I don't know how to do an upload, but I'm in 1154 right now and I'm noticing a lot of my other Duchies are also out of whack. Where they should be much closer to the 100 year mark and they aren't.

There is something odd with the de jure drift mechanic as in my current game France got duchy of Burgundy already assimilated but duchy of Aquantaine and several other duchies are not yet done the same when they have been all owned by France from the start of the game.
