People often suggest adding new formable cultural unions to the game, for example a South Slavic union. But do we really need a new TAG for that?
Take a look at this:
One of the effects of 'Kingdom of God'; the Papal State is transformed into a de facto cultural union. Couldn't we use a similar system for other regions, too? For example, how about replacing the broken 'Form Hindustan' decision with a decision that makes all cultures within your own group permanently accepted? Other culture groups where that could work would be - naturally - the South Slavic group or the West Slavic group.
This way we could have cultural unions in the game without having to implement new countries.
