Eh I will probably steal then that topographic map as I already have converted regular DH 1914 scenario and 1914mod to E3 map.
I got a technology suggestion. A small chance for someone to invent the electromagnetic cannon. Perhaps a small chance for none or some to develop it, or that only one lucky nation gets it. You could also follow the historic route and give it to Norway as an event. Kristian Birkeland invented it in 1904, but got no funding for it. He instead went on to study the northern lights. Maybe you as a player could fund this project.

Even if that would be the case, the mod owner always has the right to take their mod down. I do not understand the problem.

I have been trying to make this mod for the past year and havent seen anyone with similar name around these parts.
I dont have any excuse this time. I am so close releasing two scenarios that I dont know why I keep postponing finishing them.
You do not want the headache of people complaining over a free product (why doesn't it have X, etc.)?

Will the historical monarchs have historical personalities, or will we be able to choose what the monarch became interested in during their developing years? I'd love to see Wilhelm II more enthusiastic about Bismarck as a possible alternate personality.
Monarch personalities will not be dynamic because of the work that would be needed to input and this is more wargame/state management orientated mod. But for example it is possible for Wilhelm II to abdicate before World War 1 for example during The Harden–Eulenburg affair event chain, where Wilhelm III would succeed.
Btw you can decide to fire or not to fire Bismarck, but you can also set every 30 years foreign policy between Weltpolitik that would when first selected options to expend colonial possessions, fleet and army but would also anger UK and set precepts for expending Dual alliance between France and Russia. Other is Realpolitik that allows to expend more industry and build better relations with for example USA and UK to such a extent that they wouldnt be so keen on joining the French side.
