Have you seen sprite mods from German modding community, like Puma's mods? There are bunch of great things like sprites mod with large bunch of new sprites for all units including zeppelins, etc. Also there's a nice mod of Wunderwaffenmod about things like Reichsscheibe, Die Glocke and P-1000 Ratte.

About Nazism: there's a good chance that some form of Nazi movement would have formed in Germany even without loss in WW1. The revanchism and "stab in the back" card surely helped, but Hitler did not invent all the foundations upon which Nazism was built. So, it would be interesting and bold to explore a right-wing-radical path of Germany in a victorious scenario. After all, if you can use revanchism to gain political points, then you can also use victory in war to argue that yes Germans surely are the highest race. If interested, there are some good discussions about this in alternatehistory forum and other places. However, I am a strong believer that only deep crisis and misery brings monsters and massive populists (read:fools) to power. So while victorious Germany might still see Nazi-esque party, it would still need nation-wide economic and political crisis to see them come to power. More likely they would just hold some regional majority at best. Its like with ISIS: in normal situations any country would have disbanded such a group in a short time. Only the very specific situation in Iraq and Syria has allowed it to grow into an actual threat.
Plus, Italy would get Fascism anyway, which would inspire other Fascist movements as well.

One scenario that is less realistic, but fun to explore about alternate paths - imagine a Nazi-minded Austria that wishes to rebuild its empire based on the idea of Germans (and Hungarians?) being the master race and thus conquest of others is a best-case scenario for everybody. So, claims on all old empire, but gained only via conquest. After which, an expansion towards the rest of the Germans for a change..

Yeah , the main problem is with research tree and minor ai + ai when it comes to tech trees, I havent finished it because I feel lazy + re-shifting unit icons I have 2 additional units in lower tier 1880 and other , so most I need to shift for most nations icons 2 places up.

Also now at this moment I am implementing events in regards of population growth, credit for idea comes from Iron Cross.

Years will be 1900 1936 1950 1965 , when population will increase in largest cities , only problem is that I will need to make separate events for separate city in order that in either case who ever controls it, population will increase, or to make it easier , just create off map master nation that will control this and receive events.

Sorry, but i personally think that something like this is just impossible. The so called "Vökische Bewegung", diffrent very anti-semite groups and partys in Germany and Austria, became very very weak in WW1 and there rise began in the weimar republic, where they could use the unrest of the people and the weakness of the new democracy to develop there own ideology. It is a very special case, i personally think, that in a victorious Kaiserreich, there would be no facism or nazism, because the conservatives and nationalists are still in power, supported by the Kaiser and the government. There is no need for a new conservative movment, without an ideology, a political idea or a leader. there are much greater threats like the social democrats, the old liberals or the communists.

In Austria, it could be possible that a facist like movment could develop to regain the power of the old Habsburg monarchy, but master race? i dont think that the those scientific ideas about human races, become a political idea in Germany and Austria like under the nazi rule.

Austria-Hungary had 7 paths, In civil war ones there is possibility that North Germans(played too much vic2 lately) in Bohemian lands who are in ether case in awe of their bordering cousins or just want to escape strife, request to join GER and that is as far as German unity related events goes so far.

These are the 7 paths for U09 that you can get depending on how you do in the war ( military gains, casualties, response in events, and etc )
1)Dissolves peacefully
2)1 Civil War (HUN and U09 vs Slavs )
3)2 Civil War (U09 vs Slavs vs HUN commies )
4)3 Civil War (U09 vs HUN commies and CO )
5)Creates Yugoslovakia(name, ministers later will change) to help quell the half Empire's population
6) Form Danube Federation -> following events dont exist yet
7) Survives

Germany also had some events in regards of Lost Generation and socialists demanding more representation, but I havent expended them much : P

Sounds good. A great alt-path would be for a commie-Hungary, surviving like a hermit kingdom, involved in several low-level wars against all neighbors. Also, a Fascist Austria rebuilding its former empire in the form of "living space" would be fun as well :). And then having those two battle it out, hah, fun.

As for the possibilities of Nazism in a victorious world. Again, Italy was on a winning side and that did not save it from "ultra-modern regime" that rejected everything. Would victorious German citizens still be appalled and dissilusionated by their victory? Would Germany army (though it was one of the last ones to do so!) still loose its morale and start breaking under the weight of absurd bloodshed? Oh yes all that would happen. Millions of killed, wounded, scarred, the huge engine of German economy severely weakened and spent in the years of horrors. Sure they won lands and reparations. Does that resurrect their dead ones? Or improve their living standards? Nazism, like now ISIS, could prosper on the level it did because the normal regimes were so weakened and debilitated by war and economic crisis. There's no reason to say that Nazism or some other ultra-right party would not be a significant political force (maybe not on the level to carry out a coup, yes) in such a timeline. Also, the revolt against German monarchy still might happen, that could on its own reinforce the position of right-wing ranks.

As for the anti-semite groups in Germany - sorry, WW1 can not be considered as an event that significantly improved any tolerance or human-rights record (as much as we can speak of such at all). I assume that gardening clubs also reduced their activities during WW1, but that doesn't mean that people started hating gardening.

This is armor tech tree, there are improvements that doesn't cost much time to research and give bonuses like - soft/hard attack value increase, organization increase, modifier increase and etc. So if you choose you could invest time to focus on artillery or tanks. Oh right , there are some new brigades

Need to shorten names of some techs. Also question - should there be pics or single color/ash wood background?

This is naval doctrine tech page - I have redistributed tech modifiers - nerfed some tech to add those modifiers for additional tech in 1871-1890, so even with additional tech - ships in later periods will not be unstoppable. Also early navy tech tree mostly effect Ironclads and big ships , while screens start to get modifier boost at 1890s techs

There is also Invasion Equipment techs - that if you want to specialize in this, you can spend time investing making naval invasions more effective and faster.

Now I am recreating 1914 mod - 1897 scenario in E3 map , because my head is not working right for time being when it comes to making entirely new Interwar settings.

Will fix that later now need to just put tech in boxes so it would be better for player to oversee everything . I will move strategic bomber tech to 1915, mostly because first strategic bombers started to appear , while 1914 was era mostly for Zeppelins to dicker alone over Belgium.

Note that Airborne Carrier, works like long range naval bomber, there are events in place that deactive unit for most nations in 1924s so you wouldnt see extra airships flying around 1940s . It is a choice with AI set to 100% acceptance.

I will add Ai events so they would spawn their historical Airship units around their appropriate times, need to just make a list.

about airships, I think that a hinderburg event would do the job. But if you refuse to stop using airship's, you should be able to research even more advanced versions as secret to weapons . just for fun

I thought about but decided against it , Airship tech goes to 1926 with Airship carrier , and even that is taking to the limits , as there were only two built and those were used as reconnaissance motherships for '''parasitic'' aircraft on the high seas.

I made 9 events in regards of the possibility of Sweden joining the CP if Germany is doing great against Russia or accepting the invitation from the Germany. There are also 4 events for UK to try by force get Norway involved in the war in this case. They can get Norway involved or indirectly getting control of border province with Sweden. There is also one event if Sweden captures Narwik for Russia in regards of their munition shipmens from the allies being under threat from the new CP naval base.

On the side note I had and idea of introducing new unit Reserve infantry - that by peace has strength set to -90% but by war they can be mobilized and strength being set to maximum thus over time being reinforced with raw recruits and draining manpower. So it costs like 1 manpower to build ( active staff n officers) and is being deployed at 10% strength and when the war hits - repeated event - , it gets filled up.

you can also use the mobilization system of Vanilla DH, with a few tweaks. I think the system of mobilization is better than just getting manpower over time as it is more realistic, but it can be difficult to implant with the professional-conscrip bar

I dont want to touch that, mostly because I would need to rework bunch of things - tech/events and more. And also because colonial nations only rely on over time manpower that they use to invest in garrisoning or projects.
