Given EU II's handling of dates has anyone got any idea what would happen if events were due to happen on the following dates:

January / March / May / July / August / October / December 31st - dates which don't seem to exist in EU2...
February 30th - a date which only ever happens in EU2.

How about an event due to start on one of these days with an offset - will it trigger.
