Date Range

How do I make a scenario with a different date range? I succeded in moving the start date back, but I really want to move the ending date farther forward, like to the 1960s. How would I do this? The numbers in the scenario text file have both been changed, but the opening message still says it will end in December 1947. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I set my end date in 1995, and it ended in December of 1948. Is this as late as it can go?

I heard somewhere that someone's mod will let the game run until at least 2000... And there are people making future scenarios out there. Come on, people, please help.
