Okay, these guys are totally made up, but so are a hell of a lot of those guys in the 769 and 867 scenarios.
I thought it would be fun if we made two of these 'lost' cultures playable by default, but obviously with fairly difficult starting positions. It won't really change the historical end result, but it will let people play as them without having to use ruler designer, and in all honesty it is quite unlikely that the Franks didn't have any low-level Frisian vassals after they invaded.
With regards to changing 'accurate' stuff -- I haven't, really. The two Muslim vassals who will now be giving land over to Suebi characters both have two counties already, so they will simply go down to having one county each as opposed to losing their titles outright. I think it's also interesting to have two more Christian vassals in Andalusia. This is fairly accurate, though, as the Muslims actually kept a number of Gothic lords in their positions for some time after the conquest; i.e. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theudimer
The Frisians were easier to implement because currently three people control the entirety of de jure Frisia, which is a bit much really. All I did was remove a province from the direct control of the duke of Holland (he still has about seven or eight counties, so actually should have yet more vassals still) and give him a Frisian vassal instead. With the other two counties I removed them from Charlemagne's direct control but retained them as his vassals. This means that the central and southern Dutch/Frisian regions are under direct Frankish control, whereas Frisia (the coast) is under the control of Christian vassals. I think this is quite sensible, and actually breaks up the area rather well.

There are certainly greater historical leaps in the game, so from a balance/gameplay perspective I really don't see why we can't add these little changes. I definitely think playing as a Frisian will be popular, and the Suebi counts will be interesting 'hard mode' starts.
Finally, I've double-checked all of these IDs and everything loads up fine in-game, so it's just a copy + paste job unless you really feel the need to re-ID them.
