If it is too late now, do not worry.
Let the communists take over. They will allow you to pass all social reforms, but in time, your pops should start to long for political freedom once more - and if you make them angry while under communist rule, they will ultimately start another revolution to dispose the new system.

okay, so it seems everyone is suggesting me to kill them, but would killing them weaken the bolshevik ? if they're gonna reorganize again then it's pointless

As long as you do not fullfil their wish for reforms, the rebels will come back. And it will get worse as more and more of your pop will demand reforms.
Yes, you can kill them. But this will not cure the disease, it will just tinker with the symptoms.

If your UH is deadlocked and it is impossible to pass reforms, then allow them to win. Give up your capital and wait.
This will cost you some prestige, but if it stops your mass emigration and constant revolts, it is worth it.
