Nope The giant Serbia screenie I'm so fond of was taken on dec 30 1920, there's no time to overrun me after that, besides I had a bigger military than Austria by that point. Can't remember if I out MILed the turks too, but they'd have had to attack accross the strait anyway.

My strat for Serbia was to DoW AUS and TUR whenever they were distracted by someone else. The crimean and 66 wars are good for this. It was long enough ago that I don't really remember my budget settings, but it was probably something like education at 50% and everything but defence at 0% when I wasn't at war. I do remember getting temesvar from AUS in an early peace deal, which basically doubled my population. Which was nice

I've love to help more, but that Serbia game was a loooong time ago. I just remeber Temesvar being a great province and DoWing AUS/TUR whenever they were distracted. Like Memnon said, DoW when all OE's troops are in Asia, if possible, you can rush for their capital and prevent the troops from crossing back
