according to the news, South Korea and Japan are looking to form a defensive pact, in the game they should guarantee each other
Vietnam, Cambodia(?), and Philippines are protesting against China
China has alliance with SCO, Burma, Pakistan, Iran, and North Korea, as well as other "strategic allys through out the world
these include Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Sudan(these can be used bases and given military access)
the African and some Balkan(Serbia) countries have friendly relations towards china
while the western powers don't like China, but too dependent to say anything, especially in this economic crisis

Primorsk was a fantasy state created in Kaiserreich, it was never an identity (other than a small town) and should not be included in this mod.

Uh, I don't remember Primorsk in KR, only Transmur. Which is just a fancy name for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Far_Eastern_Republic (even if Primorsk is in KR, it still makes sense as a shortened version of Primorsky krai. A state wouldn't call itself quite like that)
which is an actually Civil war revolter and not a fantasy.

As a whole an idea of a Far-eastern revolter is not far fetched at all. That region does not equate to Siberia.


Also, Civil wars would be neat options for countries that lose wars and peace out. Most current governments are fairly stable right now, but if you hurt them high enough, I don't see why Chinese civil war or Russian Civil war are no deals.

You should know that the end year is the first year when the certain minister isn't available anymore, so you should change 2039 to 2040, 2024 to 2025 etc. (You'd also better check other minister files you've done).

As about next ministers, I'd go in this order if I were you: North Korea (less ministers, not a big headache), then Germany and UK. I'd make them myself but for now my hands are busy with the OOB (and solving the errors that appear because of it).

with converting the old MDS mod instead of making another one by yourself?
I'm honestly very skeptical about about MDS mod being done from zero when the others keep dying.
You should instead work on the old one and then keep updating it the way you like it.

You must have missed the part where novapaddy talks about converting the MDS to DH map.
and how this mod is going to use MDS tech tree in the first place.
And how it's currently basically doing the stuff from ground up with ministers and such and no events so this will take god knows how long.

Porting MDS with other people and then working on it and building up storyline, content and scenarios seems better than doing everything from scratch and alone.
