One thing i did for the map, was a reshuffle of the province ids, in the first versions of the map, or in the e3 map, you had lots of provinces that were moved from one place to another, so you had provinces with ids next to each other that made no sense. One province has the id 45 and the one next to it 1567, thats a bit confusing when you set priorities for the ai, and a few event things.
So now the ids are sorted by continent, region(country) and area, in that order, so you have all provinces that belong to a certain country in a specific id range.
And as those three provinces (the number 2 is not really that close of scotland, thats just an effect of the map morphing i talked about) belong to the iceland territory, and i didn't pay enough attention there, we end up with this id distribution for the 3 iceland provinces.
