Just to stop your enthusiasm in the tracks, this is the important part:
Atm this means you can define the amount of brigades for naval units (0-5) or define if an air or land unit can have brigades at all (0/1)
This is the point we will probably be at with the release version.
Adding more then one brigade to any units is on the immediate to do list for one of the first patches, but the chance for this feature to make it in the game from the start are slim to none.
We all want it to play around with, so it will definetly come, but there are more important things to be done first.
Will we be able to make new ministers Personalities? EG: adding "Young Rebel" to the Minister Files?
With regards to the rebel spawns - is it possible to mod these out entirely (I.e. have no partisan spawn anywhere)?
I think it's a cap on maximum resource stockpile during peacetime... Correct?No. But that will be covered in another DD

And please add this: Slovak–Hungarian War
This could be an achievement thing for Hungary, and if controlled by player you should be able to try annex whole Slovakia but of course you get big penalties and bad relations with Germany.

don't know if anyone will see this, but is there a way to add an event AFTER you've begun a game?
Eg: You start to play with Germany and decide by 1944 that a Soviet movement will take over Berlin. You need to create the coup event and decisions to follow.
Can it be done anyhow?

Yes. Event files are read on every scenario start and on every saved game reload, so if you add your new events to event file(s) that are loaded by the scenario you're playing, those event/decisions should become available in your current game too.
