By 1941 it was obvious that peace wasn't on the table and the war was only going to end one way.
In addition to those two offers, Hitler offered Britain and France peace during the invasion of Poland, in which he offered to retreat from large parts of Poland. Hitler actually wanted to preserve a rump-Poland to serve as a buffer state with the Reich and Soviet Russia, but Stalin insisted that Poland be wiped off the map entirely. This would-be rump-Poland then became the General Gouvernement.
