Danger level issue

Hi,

My danger level is all the time at 100%. I am not sure what the issue is. Can someone help me?

They have complains about luxeries... there are 3 shops and they are not using them...

There's nothing except walls and floors, a couple staff and some Workshop related items in your screenshot. No idea what's going on there, so can't tell you how you could possibly lower the danger level.
That's why I said there seems to be more wrong with your prison than just a high danger level.

Hey there, first off I see you have a few mods.

Running your prison for a bit, basically it just seems you have a lot of gangs, they're not separated, and you have a large prison. Nothing is really wrong, it comes down to figuring out a layout and a system that works. You may also need another kitchen and more cooks.
