Damn, I need to vent! ... or how a rose-bush saved the World

So, I'm trying to get the Aladdin achievement.

1st character starts as Count of Yopurga in 769, disposes of his liege, dies as duke of Shule.
2nd character converts to Shia, joins the Assassins, invades the Abbasids thrice, dies as Shah of Transoxiana, Khorasan and Persia.
3rd character inherits, joins the Assassins, consoiidates, expands ... and then I'm getting SoA "demon child" event.

So I think "Hey, lucky break, I can get "Birthright" as well!". Apparently, to get the achievement, you must play the character at the moment they become Grandmaster of Satanists, which the Demon Child becomes immediately when he comes of age. Playing as him later does not cut it. So one has to ensure his succession and then retire oneself before that happens.

Sadly, getting enough land to form Persian Empire takes a little time. I get it done and form an Empire, but only after my Demon kid is already 17 do I manage to get depressed and die.

So, the world is my oyster. I'm 18, Strong, Genius, Shrewd, Martial 37 Antichrist and Grandmaster of Satanists. (Also a Lunatic). But I want the achievement. So the only way is to leave the society and rejoin and become Grandmaster again.

I rejoin... and suddeny it is game over screen. There's no death message, no nothing. I'm dumbfounded. How can it be game over? I had progeny! I Ctrl+Alt+Del, but I was on speed 5 and biannual autosave has already taken place. It's July the 4th, 871 and I'm taken back to game over screen with nothing to salvage.

So, here's what happened. As for my death, it probably was some other Satanist bastard somewhere who kidnapped and killed me (best guess). They probably were salty for my leaving their order.

But for game over... see I just had got an event I'd never had before, about a dryad/rose bush in my garden. Which resulted in a bastard son. I already had two sons, one of them Strong, but seeing the bastard was Attractive, I adopted him, half hoping there could be other events connected to him later. Thing is, he was already a year old when he was found under the rose bush. Which made him older than my pre-existing trueborn sons.
And even though I distinctly recall seeing the crown on top of the portrait of my trueborn Strong son... as I died, the game somehow decided to recalculate and disinherit my dynastic heir.

And that is a story of a how rose bush and a disloyal POS satanist conspired to save the world from AntiChrist (AntiAllah?) on an Independence Day.
Guess how pissed I am right now?

EDIT: I'm at 117/136 with achievements right now, but feel like taking a break.

Yeah, hindsight is 20/20.
I didn't think of leaving society, rejoining and working my way back up to be especially "tricky" at the time. More like an annoying chore, tbh.
Besides, I believe my abduction (if that's indeed what it was) and death could have happened regardless.

Had I been plot-murdered or smth, there at least would have been a popup, giving me time to react.

Hum... Perhaps you cut yourself while doing things with the rose bush? And either you bled to death (took one year as Satant's spawn is quite tough) or it infected and you died an horrible death?
