Daimyo Annexed Japan?

Not deeply experienced in Japan or Ming stuff that got introduced in DW, but from what I understand, Daimyos cannot interact with other countries. Also, OPM Japan cannot cease to exist except by one of the following:

• Getting annexed by a foreigner, after all Daimyos are (or almost) foreignly annexed.
• A Daimyo unifies Japan and changes his own tag to Japan in the process.

Buuut I have a saved game here, that has Minamoto owning all of the Japanese lands, plus some African & Asian lands, and he's acting as a normal country. I do not have sight of Japan or any of the other Daimyos.

Anyone has a clue how can this happen? FYI this save was a 200 years fast-forward for an experiment, so I wasn't monitoring what happened before.

The Dynamo system is bugged so weird things do happen. If he owns all the other Dynamos IIRC there is a decision that allows that country to disband the system.
