How does one convert to daedra worship without ruler designer? Also what advantages does daedra offer, and which sect is the best and why? Thank you!

The easiest/only way is to lead an army to a province that worships the Deadra you would prefer; Molag Bal, Mehrunes Dagon, Sheogorath and Hermaeus Mora have provinces in Morrowwind at start, and Meridia has a few in Valenwood. Malacath is worshiped in Orsinium and the island off of Daggerfell. As for the other, I believe they might not appear in normal play at this time, barring event creation.
The biggest advantages for daedra worship is that you can try to claim the artifact of your chosen patron, if you possess the proper traits (such a lunatic for the Wabbajack, Ugly for the Ring of Namira or a Vampire of the Mace of Molag Bal), which can provide various bonuses.
Additionally, some daedra offer defensive attrition or consorts (such as Molag Bal offer 4), or immunity of raised levy penalties.
Plus, most important of all, you get the pleasure of knowing that you serve the Daedra.
And of course, the best cult is the cult of the Purple Goat Prince. He offers cheese to his disloyal and pain to his faithful! Except on Monday through Friday, when he reverses that.

Well, if you can get a daedra worshiper into your court, then they can educate you, if that's what you mean. It's just the there are few daedra worshipers at start, and usually even fewer quickly as most are vassals to other religions (namely ALMSIVI, of Green Pact) and so get demanded pretty quickly. You can also use the conversion decisions, which are what I meant by leading an army to the province; go their and fire the decision that should appear.
You can't just up and decide to convert to any religion unless either the province you are in or liege belongs to it.
There is a count in NW High Rock, whose name I can't recall, that starts are a cultist of Sheogorath. His province is 8 Divines though.
My biggest problem with playing Daedra worshipers is that they get no Moral Authority... which makes lore sense but really kind of sucks gameplay wise.

Percival Percy just south of Farrun; Cult of Sheogorath. Usually seems to marry an orc or elf in my observations.
I've seen random courtiers who worship Sithis or Necromancy Cults, so I wonder if they are sometimes randomly generated. I felt nice and gave the Sithis worshiper all of Atmora, just for kicks, and because the Animism-loving Draugr annoyed me.
There is a small chance of becoming Sithis, Nocturnal or Nightingale if you go to the "Thieve's/Assassin's Guild", there is also a chance to become a Necromancer Cult if you go to the Mage's Guild.

And a random change for an event of becoming a necromancer as a mage (got it as the Maormer God-King)
Sorry, I edited it now. I meant "Necromancer Cult" religion (as in Mannimarco's Worm Cult) and not just Necromancer trait
Ah, (there should be a decision to change religion to necromancer cult when you get the trait, but sadly, I don't think there is)
