DAE have repetitive simultaneous revolts?

As a Uygher, I'm experiencing minor clan uprisings. This makes sense; I'm consolidating around the silk road and getting ready to turn Feudal once I've subjugated a little more territory. So they're no big deal by themselves, but every time they arise, a religious uprising comes up with them.

This is leaving me fighting double-size, mutually reinforcing (e.g., when one gains strength, so does the other) revolts all the time, though if percentages are to be believed, the religious uprisings should happen with about 1/6 the regularity. This feels like an error...

You get minor clan uprising because you hold too man county level titles. You can go way above your demesne limit with baronies but extra counties need to be handed out to your vassal clans.

As for religious rebels, you or your vassal clans are probably trying to convert with unreformed pagans. Either convert to a real religion or reform Tengri.

You're not addressing his actual question. He's saying that whenever a minor clan uprising happens, it automatically generates a religious revolt too. That's probably not intended.
