I have played extensively as Getia/Dacia and here are my thoughts. As it currently stands Dacian cultures are locked into an ahistorical dead-end when it comes to military traditions. Given that they start with the two Greek traditions, they only have the option of going Levantine or Persian. The former is ridiculously unlikely and the later is only available if you ahistorically push deep into Sarmatian Europa and Taurica. Instead I propose Paradox should add an event where Roxolani/Sarmatians migrate into Moesia Province (as they did historically) similar to the Yuezhi, to make adaption of the Persian tradition easier.
Nevertheless, what is really confusing is there is no way to get Celtic traditions despite the extensive connections between the two peoples. It is in fact impossible. Part of the reason that I proposed unique traditions for the Dacian Culture group.
