D-Day alright, but what about H-Hour ?

We all know that HoI IV will come out on the 6th of June 2016 but, at what time will it be available ? Will it be like Stellaris that could have been downloaded starting at 6PM Stockholm time. So i'm asking, at what time will we be able to download the game on the 6th of June ?
