This is the situation in Equus. While Equestria has lost much more troops, the Changelings have not made any adcvnce into Equestria.
Then there is the war between Nova Griffonia and Yakyakistan. Reyhard Ironclaw leads Nova Griffonia and has set out to conquer northern Equus, also declaring war on the islands of Haukland.

23rd June 1013 - 20th January 1014
By now Cyanolisia has been able to build a airforce with several hundred planes. The communists have no such airforce of their own so control of the sky is held entirely by us.
Lake City has sent sent us volunteer forces.
26th June 1013. I have researched field hospitals and have produced a reasonable amount of motorized equipment. Field hospitals are being added to my knights and infantry divisions. To fit the field hospitals I disband my weaker units.
I am very sure what to do with my PP at this point. I was planning to lower my conscription law before but I already have a surplus of equipment now and the monthly recruitable population could be useful. I use my PP to hire a light aircraft designer company.

9th July 1013. House Erie annexes Rumare.
16th July 1013. The communist have so far not made any attacks. So I start my own attacks on their frontline.
20th July 1013. My attacks caused the communists to launch their own attacks on the frontline. My divisions are able to hold the line.
27th July 1013. Skyfall declares war on Haukland.
15th August 1013. The Griffonian Republic heads south as it declares war on Feathisia
19th August 1013. I take economic shock therapy to get rid of mild poverty. I could have taken this earlier but I been avoiding it because it will lock my trade law to Free Trade and the penalties from mild poverty aren't too bad.
I hire my first political advisor, a captain of industry. I probably won't be building any civilian factories or refineries but I might build infrastructure to help with any supply issues I encounter.
7th September 1013. I occasionally make small attacks on the frontline while the communists launch mass attacks across the frontlines. Here we get worrying reports in the early hours but the attacks are unable to break us and we hold.
10th September 1013. So far the causality ratio is well in our advantage.
1st October 1013. The Griffonian Protection Alliance is defeated. The Empire annexes most of the territory while the Republic manages to get 2 states.
23rd October 1013. The peace does not last long and soon the Griffonian Republic declares war on the Empire.
4th November 1013. The rest of the Griffonian Republic 's allies in the Entente join shortly and it would seem this war won't end well for the Empire due to the superiority of the Entente forces. Perhaps the Empire had been far too slow in conquering their former vassals in the heartlands and were not able to build up properly or they had taken too many losses conquering their former vassals. Either way the Empire is at a major disadvantage.
27th December 1013. Prywhen declares war on House Avian.
I been keeping a close eye on Lake City and their next focus is Stabilizing the South. This means they will declare war on the communists soon and with their help the communist threat can be easily dealt with.
29th December 1013. Prywhen declares war on House Eyrie
3rd January 1014. In Equus the Great Northern Wars are ending in a victory for Nova Griffonia as the yak capital falls and they surrender the next day to Nova Griffonia.

19th January 1014. The Empire is unable to fight against the overwhelming Entente forces and Griffenheim is lost.
20th January 1014. The Griffonian Empire is at its end and in its place stands the Griffonian Republic.

24th January 1014. The current war screen. The experienced and well equipped Cyanolisia Army has dealt considerable casualties to the communists.
The frontline. I have been able to use my puppet Asterion to get a reasonable number of divisions from them and have been focussing on the east.

The frontlines of the Prywhen army are weak and as the Prywhen Army shuffles its divisions to defend against the River Coalition they leave many gaps in their frontlines, I have been manually controlling my divisions so far but now I feel comfortable enough to turn on the battle plan. We are rewarded with victory as the worn out communists collapse under our assault.
17th May 1014. A month later and the communists have completely collapsed. The Kaiv Commune has capitulated and Pywhen is on the verge of capitulation.
19th May 1014. The communists surrender and we get to the peace deal with the River Coalition.
In the peace deal much of the land was split between Cyanolisia and Lake City. Wittenland puppeted a small piece of Gryphian Host and the Kingdom of Brodfeld was puppeted by Lake City with two states in Gryphus.
In terms of major fighting I think that will be the end of it. I just want to go through a few more noticeable focuses, events, and how the world shapes going forward. Cyanolisia isn't a nation I would take to do large conquests. The goal for Cyanolisia was to always defeat it's threatening neighbors. Asterion, Sicameon, and Prywhen all wanted to destroy Cyanolisia but despite these odds and our disadvantages they have been defeated and subdued.

With the communist threat defeated we can now focus back on dealing with the defeated Asterions.
With Griffonstone in my control I can move to a substantial science base. This will slightly decrease my political power gain but it is more then made up for by the decrease in the research speed penalty.
At this point I am not really sure what to do with my PP. I hire Thymiaushafen Shipyards and fill out the last slots for my government later.
17th June 1014. Falcor has joined the Karthinian Pact. In another universe this probably wouldn't have happen but the path Wingbardy has taken has made such a alliance possible.
21st June 1014. The Griffonian Republic has left the Entente and created their own faction, the Pan-Griffonian Alliance. Despite the split from the Entente, relations still remain friendly and the Griffonian Republic is content to leave them be.
26th June 1014. Shorty after the creation of the Pan-Griffonian Alliance, came a announcement by their President-Marshal.
18th July 1014. In Equus the changelings have lost ground. Victory looks to be within sight for Equestria but the changelings have dealt considerable casualties to the ponies and are resisting fiercely.
36th July 1014. With the minotaurs fighting amongst themselves we will now forcibly disarm the Asterions. They will not be allowed to have a standing army and production cetres of military equipment will be shut down. By disarming the bulls they won't have the means to rise up against us in the future and our hold over Asterion will be secured.
To signify a restorartion of order. Talltower will be named to Hohehalle.
9th October 1014. I am nearing the end of my industry tree. I wasn't able to finish this sooner because I lacked Synthetic Oil Experiments. Now that I have the required technology I can be done with it.
27th November 1014. In the north the Kingdom of Vedina has joined the Pan-Griffonian Alliance. While this may seem odd for the Republic to ally with a monarchy, the Kingdom of Vedina is a liberal monarchy and is known to care about its citizens. Rather then risk a bloody war, the two nations have joined together in the alliance.
13th December 1014. The end of the industry tree has allowed Cyanolisia to progress to a modern science base, completely removing the research penalty from the pervious science base.
17th December 1014. In the far north, the Dread League marches against the Arcturian Order.
21st December 1014. The River Coalition goes south as Wittenland declares war on the Barrad Magocracy.
28th January 1015. We are now at a crossroads or we would have been if the Griffonian Empire wasn't defeated by the Republicans. The Griffonian Empire is gone and we cannot go back to them. We have no choice but to go our own way.
7th March 1015. The Arcturian Order is defeated by the Dread League.
30th March 1015. The case for freedom was made and accepted it was.
With our independence comes a choice on how our nation should be ruled.
2nd May 1015. In the East, Lake City prepares to create the River Federation. The River Coalition members have seen increase cooperation and integration in the pervious years. This River Federation will likely see the River Coalition members combined into a single centralised nation.
4th June 1015. In Equus the changelings have defeated the Polar Bears. However victory is still within sight for Equestria despite the heavy resistance by the changelings.
8th June 1015. Now we are truely independent and as to the future we will find a new way.
Despite heavy resistance the Changeling capital falls.
9th June 1015. Change has come and our cities will become shinning beacons of trade and prosperity.

9th June 1015 - 19th April 1019
24th September 1015. Lake City creates the River Federation. After years of increasingly close cooperation the original members of the River Coalition are joining together under Lake City, creating a new powerful nation. Most of the original members of the River Coalition chose to join the River Federation. The only exception is Ponaidhean, which chose to leave. The River Coalition faction is renamed to the East Griffonian Treaty Organisation. The other nations become puppets of the River Federation.
16th October 1015. In the Griffonian Republic, the President-Marshal is getting ready to step down as the nation prepares for their general elections.
3rd November 1015. In Equus, the Great War is coming to an end. The Changelings ahev lost most of their territory and their remnants are prepared to surrender.
9th November 1015. After several years of brutal warfare and millions of death, the Great War ends in a victory for the ponies. In the peace deal the Changelings and Polar Bears are puppetted by Equestria. The Kingdom of Olenia is released by Equestria immediately after.
12th January 1016. I been doing my naval focus tree and I can now attempt to raise the Austernfischer.
2nd February 1016. I use my funds to raise the Austernfischer.
3rd February 1016. Lets see how it goes.

30th March 1016. The Eastern Dogs' Republic declares war on Farbrook and with it, the Hillpony League. Diamond Mountains was one of the original members of the River Coalition but a slave revolt transformed it into a communist republic and as a result it left the River Coalition.
Now it seems the dogs wish to spread the revolution north to the hillponies.
11th May 1016. Despite the common view the common view the hillponies are privative, the diamond dogs have clearly underestimated the hillponies. The diamond dogs have been pushed back and capitulation is near.
2nd June 1016. The Eastern Dogs' Republic was defeated and puppetted.
18th June 1016. In Equestria there is popular discontent and strikes against their rulers. Many ponies are now wishing to control their own lives through democracy. In response to this a vote of no confidence will take place.
25th August 1016. We hear the news from Equestria and the republicans have won with a narrow majority. This means Equestria will transition to a sorts of constitutional monarchy
6th September 1016. In the east, the River Federation renames itself to Lake City
(This is a very odd thing, the nation did a focus which renames the nation to Lake City)
6th january 1017. Kemerskai passes away. The Griffonian Republic is now led by Schnabal Sunglider, who won the elections.
8th July 1017. The King of Wingbardy passes away.
3rd January 1018. As the world sits in peace. The dead in the far north begins to stir as the Dread Leagues prepares for the Black Crusade.
11th May 1018. The Dread League starts the Black Crusade and declares war on all neighboring countries. Despite their numbers, the Dread League has very poor technology and their enemies are able to bring troop numbers just as high together.
The Dread League will declare war on the rest of the world in the following days. Together the world will heavily outnumber the Dread League armies.
26th June 1018. The Dread League fails to break the lines of the living and suffer heavy losses.
18th July 1018. Cyanolisia is quite safe in the south so I can let the other nations handle this threat. Still I will send a few divisions north to see how the fighting is going and do my part in fighting the dead.
7th September 1018. At the frontlines we see troops from many different nations. Equestrians, wingbardians, aquileians, and others have all joined together under a common cause to fight the undead.
6th October 1018. However the frontline is filled with too many troops and this causes supply issues for the living. Our troops aid in a attack but the undead lines are too strong for us to break.
37th October 1018. The living take losses but so too does the dead. Despite what many may think of the undead having limitless numbers. The reality is against the combined forces the living, the dead are the ones ebing outnumbered. The living can throw many more bodies against the dead and still have reserves left. All the while the dead struggle to replenish their reserves.
8th December 1018. We create our first nuclear bomb. This should be a reasonable deterrence against aggression.
10th March 1019. Despite difficulties, our forces with the help of the republican airforce and tanks manage to advance against the undead. The dead are losing ground and it will soon be over for them.
16th April 1019. Lake City troops have launched a naval invasion of Magehold. In the past few month they have made a steady advance against the undead and repelled the hordes of derad that charged their lines. The Dread League will soon collapse.
19th April 1019. The Dread League is defeated and in the peace deal Lake City takes most of the territory. The Griffonian Republic is able to get a small amount of territory. Shortly after, Lake CIty releases the Arcturian Order to watch over the land.
With the Dread League gone, this is it. The world is at peace.
While the United Ponies Alliance dominates most of Equus. Stalliongrad in its Socialist Union stands independent of the UPA. In the north Nova Griffonia has expanded its territory in the Northern Wars and conquered the Yaks and Penguins.
A cluster of alliances make up Griffonia. The Pan-Griffonia Alliance, Enente, Karthinian Pact, Hillpony League, and the Eastern Griffonia Treaty Organisation. Most importantly Cyanolisia has survived. If you asked about Cyanolisia at the start of the century then most would predict Cyanolisia would not survive. We have proved them wrong. Our enemies are defeated and shattered and Cyanolisia's existence is secured for the foreseeable future.

8th December 1018. We create our first nuclear bomb. This should be a reasonable deterrence against aggression.
10th March 1019. Despite difficulties, our forces with the help of the republican airforce and tanks manage to advance against the undead. The dead are losing ground and it will soon be over for them.
16th April 1019. Lake City troops have launched a naval invasion of Magehold. In the past few month they have made a steady advance against the undead and repelled the hordes of derad that charged their lines. The Dread League will soon collapse.
19th April 1019. The Dread League is defeated and in the peace deal Lake City takes most of the territory. The Griffonian Republic is able to get a small amount of territory. Shortly after, Lake CIty releases the Arcturian Order to watch over the land.
With the Dread League gone, this is it. The world is at peace.
While the United Ponies Alliance dominates most of Equus. Stalliongrad in its Socialist Union stands independent of the UPA. In the north Nova Griffonia has expanded its territory in the Northern Wars and conquered the Yaks and Penguins.
A cluster of alliances make up Griffonia. The Pan-Griffonia Alliance, Enente, Karthinian Pact, Hillpony League, and the Eastern Griffonia Treaty Organisation. Most importantly Cyanolisia has survived. If you asked about Cyanolisia at the start of the century then most would predict Cyanolisia would not survive. We have proved them wrong. Our enemies are defeated and shattered and Cyanolisia's existence is secured for the foreseeable future.
