Cutted content (Allied Conferences and Wunderwaffe)

I was just digging through the game files and accidentally came across files responsible for events that are not in the game. These are Allied Conferences (zDIU_Conferences) for the United States and Wunderwaffe (DIES_IRAE-Wunderwaffen) for Germany. There is only a list of suggested events, but nothing more. Obviously, the developers did not have time to complete the development. Is there no more detailed information about the chain of events?

Oh right, files are in the mods folder. Requires "Dies Irae Götterdämmerung" and "Dies Irae Stars & Stripes Spritepack" DLCs

Full paths:
game folder/mod/Dies_irae_USA/events/zDIU_Conferences.txt
and
game folder/mod/Dies_irae_Gotterdammerung/events/DIES_IRAE-Wunderwaffen.txt

Ah, that explains it. Those mods-cum-DLCs were deprecated once Semper Fi came out, rather than updated to continue with the upgrade path.
