Customisation pack not working! MAC

Hey Guys,

I just bought the customisation pack and after it downloaded opened up CK2 to see that it says "you need the ruler designer dlc to use this". I checked my steal DLC list and the ingame list and they both say that it is installed and active. I tried doing a clean install of both CK2 and Steam but neither seem to have done the trick! Sorry of this a FAQ but I would really appreciate some help.

Seems to work on my iMac OK.

Just to be clear: both DLCs show as active in both the Launcher and in the Contents button?

When you select a ruler to play, the Ruler Designer icon is next to it, and you can click on it? Or not?

When you start to play and select your character, there's a "Go to the barber" icon on the character's portrait, and you can click on it? Or not?
