Custom Titles in Custom Empires?

I tried out the "Create New Empire" feature for the first time recently, and I found myself wishing I could rename the title of my leader. That would actually make "Custom Empires" actually feel customizable.

"Emperor" is the default title, but what if I think "King of Kings" is a more appropriate title? Or if I want to make an outlandish fictional Empire, "Overlord" or something?

I really want this as well, even as a decision for some de jure empires. Like deciding to be called Autokrator instead of Basileus if you’re a Greek emperor.

I would also like this, and since we're talking custom empires, it'd also be cool if we had more options for the empire coat of arms than just our primary kingdom before creating it - if nothing else the option to use our dynasty CoA would make some sense and be nice.

Coat of arms would be really cool, also changing the color of the empire would be nice!
