Any chance of moddable terrain in the next patch?
Ive always had a beef with urban provinces in that NYC is way different from Paris/London/Tokyo/etc. And as an example Im given to understand that Los Angeles was/is quite urbanised but in a very wide area ie, much different to aforementioned cities.
Can we have more terrain types? Or the facility to add new ones ourselves?
