Let's go through the issues of this 200pt nation:

Loaction: The Himilayas
Snaking low dev mountainous provinces with multiple sides to defend while surrounding small nations is pointless

Government: Ambrosian Republic.
Why would you start as a republic with improved morale, tax and increased reform progress? Why not spend prestige and randomly generate an heir instead of choosing the balance and then re-electing them to death? You could only get badder by switching to theocratic for some reason. Theocracies that have no way to preview their ruler stats from several optionas

Religion: Vajarana.
Once of the weakest religions in the weakest religion groups (Eastern) The bonus 5% morale is lower than most even if you can balance the karma and get their full discipline/diplo rep bonus. Why not shinto or muslim?

Tech group: Indian

Western tech all the way. Their unit pips are awesome! Who cares about any other tech group estates, even culture specific ones that add general pips and units.

Culture: Nepali

What are you going to do? Form Nepal? You are a custom nation. It's not like you start with another culture you can flip through for some reason.

Traditions

Special Unit Force Limit +60%
Aggressive Expansion -10%
A weak choice. You aren't Manchu to banner it up so what are you adding that special force limit to?? Lol.
AE is filler when surrounded by different religions from different groups.

National Tax +10%
Filler. Better off taking reinforcement/merc reductions to pay for the troops you have to replace

Diplomatic Relations +1
Useless. It's not like you can pledge tribute to Ming and grow vassals before flipping tags for some reason. Or have enough vassals to get that next Defender of the Faith tier. It's not like you could take development cost instead and stack it with the jain privilege

Monthly War Exhaustion -0.05
Persistent ticking when you keep losing those rajputs regiment in stackwipes in your own mountains. Riiight.

Trade Efficiency +10%
Filler. Should have been western tech and got the burghers if you want trade

Discipline +7.5%
You already have it on your rajputs and your religion. Why not infantry combat like the theocratic reform 'integration of the sohei' does for Eastern religion groups. But if you go sohei then you can't have discipline on your rajputs unless there is a republic-->theocratic privilege/reform issue that happens

Land Fire Damage +10%
You won't survive long enough to get cannons or stack it with the extra fire pips on your generals and indian tech units.

Artillery Damage from Back Row +15%
Going from 50% to 65% is not as good as combat ability. A wasted idea. No wonder only Bengal gets it in their ideas

Goods Produced +15%
Solid choice on low development provinces. Maybe if you can deal with india or the ming?

I can't see how to abuse work this. If you choose the right provinces you could form Nepal but not gain their awesome ideas. If you form Tibet you lose rajputs by culture switching and switching back resets their land share while losing you the early tiered rajput reform (early tiered from being a republic). Also, forming Tibet can trigger an even that swtiches you to a theocracy which should revoke the effects of Governmental Purbias Register reform.
