Custom Nation Achievements Not Showing Up In Game

I decided to try to get the For Odin and First Come, First Serve achievements but they aren't showing up in game under the Achievement tab. I started a nation with 200 points that is Norse in North America.

Is this a bug with the achievement tab or am I not going to be able to grab those achievements?

I figured it out. I had 200 points with a Random Leader Trait. I guess the game counts the Random trait. So even though it said I was 200/200, I was actually 202/200.
