You can also use http://www.7-zip.org (7-zip) or http://www.zipgenius.it (ZipGenius) - both completely free unlike winRAR - to extract rar files. They both integrate with Windows Explorer just like WinRAR or WinZIP.

filefront deletes automatically its files after a certain period (roughly 6 months without download)
Damn it was just exactly 6 months since I downloaded them last as you can tell by my earlier reply in this thread!

Filefront deletes large files when they haven't been downloaded for a while, they used to sent an email warning me about that. But since they changed hands, I no longer receive such warnings anymore.
Remember the COA's are named for my mod, so unless you edit the names of some of them, you will see strange COA for some duchies and kingdoms.
I don't have a list of which duchies/kingdoms I all have changed compared to the vanilla game.
