Hi,

Haven't been playing Cities Skylines much the last year and tried to jump into it again today with the Berlin district style theme and others. Thus when creating a district, I can choose from these 3-4 different styles now, though nothing changes, hence I still get the default buildings spawning.
I thought this might be related to the low density I was building in, started some old saves, changed the style there, teared down some buildings, waited - still default ones appeared.

Is there any apparent reason why they're not working as intended, anything I might have left out when installing the theme, like additional mods?

Btw is there any way to change the custom style itself as well, so that I don't have to put every building in a district?

Thanks a lot guys in advance!

I'm not sure whether you talk about building styles or building themes. You seem to mix the terms up. "Styles" is the vanilla game solution. The Building Themes mod gives you more tools for customization, like several themes per district. It will incorporate styles you downloaded as themes, but you can change them in the theme editor and also make your own themes there, directly in-game, while you run your city.
