Custom character's real father?

When making a custom character, I can add
father=id
mother=id

But is there something for a real father (real_father? realfather? truefather? true_father? something else?), as to when a wife cheats on the husband and he knows it's not his?
What about real mother?

Because, I want to make this messed up story, in which a guy named Richard gives up his son Killian to another guy (Walter) due to his past and, and I wanted Killian to show up at Walter's son, but have Richard as the real father, and if possible, Richard's ex as real mother.

is the thing you go for. You can't set "real mother", because when you think about it, it does not make any sense.

I think the op meant like a secret birth followed by an adoption. In any case the game doesnt support that.

For this kind of event (with both parents being secret) look into the Tower of Joy event in Game of Thrones mod.
