You see, i've never had a game where went through the end date, tough i might get to it now.

I got this curiosity due to the fgact that i reformed the roman empire, hellenic faith restored, and asked me, what was going to be my tech after i convert to eu iv? western? eastern? roman???

I will be happy if any of you answer this question, but what i really want to know is:

What happens when you go to EU IV and the sunset invasion was sucessfull?
i mean, in theory, the sunset invasion is a vassal of the emperor in Tenochtitlán. When you start a game as an azted ( who usually go for spain and portugal), the aztec empire in south africa will be part of your realm? will be an ally?
If you had reformed the aztec religion ( as i saw that you can play the aztec religion now somehow), they will be heretics??

If anyone is as curious as i am please let me know your thoughts or the answer =X

Okay so if you use converter with Sunset Invasion ENABLED:

Aztec/Maya/Inca:
Will have:
New Borders,
High American Tech group,
Non-reformable but appropriate Religion,

Any Held territory by Aztec at conversion will be metropolitan Aztec Empire meaning:
Not a vassal
Same ruler/religion as European territory at conversion.

I believe all diplomacy is reset at game start for EUIV so any alliance you have with them will be nullified, but if you have same dynasty that sticks.

Also Aztec/Maya/Inca have no heresies of themselves but are rather heretics of each other in EUIV.

As for tech group, IRC a LONG time ago it was based on tech level at conversion (with higher being in a better group), but now I'm pretty sure its based on capital location unless you're a special case like Aztecs which get High American

NOTE: High American == Western for pips but has other special events based on it
