Hi, i see the cumberland province is in scotland dejure in earlier start date, but after 1091, the county become england dejure in menu set uo. So, in game, does this county switch dejure by an evant because county can't dynmically change duchy during a game. I know is possible by event to move a province in another duchy. In agot, they do that with the new gifth and and the bar emon's province. So, does an evant for cumberland exist in hip ? If not, does it is possible to add that ?
