Only one dynasty file is used. So I don't think you can have some 'just appear' in one scenario and not the other (unless they are already defined as characters in the scenario file)

I tested Croatian specific alphabet letters (č,ž,š...) in game and they do NOT work, so I made the lists without those.
Most of the names are the names of appropriate Kings, Dukes, Nobles and such (and their wives, daughters). I also added some of the names from the vanilla that looked OK.
Statistics:
24 female Croatian names
72 male Croatian names
21 female Serbian names
51 male Serbian names
If you get the names from the culture mod, I can easily combine them and proofread.

The most important, missing cultures are in. I really like that Andalusi culture idea

The other cultures discussed in the GCM mod are minor cultures really, nice to have, but not possible to add without removing or merging others.

And since there is no Saxon culture for the northern germans, renaming Saxons to anglo-saxons is not really necessary.

The most important, missing cultures are in. I really like that Andalusi culture idea

I'm working on that already, but you have to give me some time... it's harder than I thought getting mozarab names... and the only muslim names "adaptable" to christian characters are more jewish than anything... so that'll take time...

We had discussion about Anglo-Saxon before, it was shot down then, with some nice arguments from people like Earl Ulthred.
