Suggestions on how to merge the two? I don't think the Scots names should be in multiples (i.e. 4 Uilleam's, at least not more than two at any rate).
Should each individual entry be added that has its own entry, and have both Irish and Scots variants (i.e. Irish Lochlainn, Scots Lochlann) included. (in other words delete the multiple Scots entries and combine the two lists).
The problem with that is that it makes those variants more likely to occur (by having a Lochlainn and a Lochlann for example)
