Cultures in the game that currently have no associated country?

There are a bunch of cultures without a primary nation: http://www.eu4wiki.com/Cultures#List_of_culture_groups

Some of those only exist in vacant provinces, so don't need a tag for nationalist rebels (since they disappear when a colonist arrives anyway).

That. People would then complain about Austria being ahistorically tolerant, etc. Considering the current mechanics, it's just not worth it to add some cultures to the game. That's probably the same reason why Hungary's a monolithic blob instead of being more culturally diverse or why all of Anatolia's Turkish.

Why should I care? Historically, Hungary was more culturally diverse than shown in the game.

I know that too ,heck I even ask myself why paradox made everything hungarian in that region I mean transylvania could have been romanian and catholic and it would be good for gameplay reasons and historical ones but then again all hungarians whould go rampaging the forums saying how much paradox hates them and how discriminated they are.Trust me this happens IRL.Besides PDX is to lazy to mod in small cultures.
