Culture question

Ok, what exactly can you do with culture besides hire rank 1 advisors? Is there a 'cultural assimilation' option for provinces if you get enough? Atm I really dunno what to do with it.

Higher CT = better advisors. It's like with generals.

Like the poster above me stated, the higher your cultural tradition the better stats your advisors will have (I think 100% = 5 stars). You pass those decisions to increase cultural tradition so you can get better advisors which in turn will help you with techs, prestige, etc. It works pretty well once you get used to it.

You can get 6 stars too, although that's not guaranteed even at 100%
